Sorry to be away so long. I am on a trip and having trouble getting on the internet with my laptop. All the images are in the laptop and not the iPad, so can't post for the iPad at this time. Poor planning on my part.
This one has a background of half commercial printed tissue...a stripe which was lots of fund to overlap in various ways for different patterns...plus half of my own painted tissue. The color unifies the look. Over all a rather busy background but I like the effect with this drawing.

myrna i've just enjoyed looking at your new series ..very inspiring ! .. i like the transparency of the bg + in this one ...re tyvek looks a very interesting material to try it's the first time i've seen it used...see you have done workshops with tyvek .

One of my favorites, Myrna. You are really working hard for this show and with awesome results!
I was going to ask you how you got teh paint to do that red dotty effect, but its the paper and I like that, that a different and fun way to add texture to colours. I like the sketch, makes me wonder what he is thinking about with being so deep in thought.
