This is one of my favorites in the group.. It started with a black gesso background over the watercolor paper, then collaging some washi papers and white gesso stamped paper and then a tissue with an beige pattern over the white. The angle of the head in this one is more interesting and fun to draw. This is also one of my favorite faces to draw. Do you recognize the face?

Is this your husband sans moustache? I too love the angle of the head and the addition of the heat is inspired, Myrna!
Wow...I am loving this one. I like the neutral colors and textures, would make me want to do another, this time with a build up of transparent color glazes.

Sherry, Cory and Rhonda, thanks for your comments. It is not Jerry or Georgia (interesting a man and a woman) It is a poor likeness of Willy Nelson!! Actually, not being a good likeness is a plus...I am always trying to find ways to disguise my images.
