I spent an hour or two playing with Photoshop Elements rearranging the face of our dear Frenchman. This gives new meaning to the expression "messing with his head". I can't wait to start drawing these and then making some new paintings. The filter I used was to "correct" camera distortion. I think it is much more fun to create camera distortion after the fact.
I am challenging myself to work on my art every day and create a minimum of 2 finished pieces each week. My intention is to explore ideas and techniques and push myself beyond my comfort zone. I will be working in a series with several different images. My interests at this time are drawing, line, texture and color. I will be posting exercises and challenges for myself and any others who wish to join in the Creativity Journey.

PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS DISTORTIONS FOR FRENCHMAN!

Interesting Myrna and maybe I'll join you in playing around with PE but usually my drawings just naturally turn out a little distorted!! You keep us in practice.
