This is the last segment of the painting. I placed myself in the center because we are all self centric and our world revolves around ourselves. I am surrounded by very special friends and family with one stranger. Perhaps a friend I have yet to meet.
Now if that isn't a dreamy position I do not know what is! LOL Love this self-portrait, Myrna. Will you show the whole of this piece? I'd love to see it!

ReplyDeleteI went scrolled back to your original posting for this project. I particularly like the effect of your painting on the collage materials. As I understand it, you're drawing directly on the paper. I like how you achieve the portraits through such simple means.
These are exciting; it will be interesting to see how you fit all the pieces together. Stunning!
All the portraits are so interestng and well done. I can't wait to see the whole. I, too, would like to know the gentlemen's names.
